Effective July 1, 2026

This policy explains how GREYWOLF IT LLC, doing business as WEBRIOT, collects, uses, and protects information through this website and its business and employment inquiry channels.

Who we are and what this policy covers

This website is operated by GREYWOLF IT LLC, doing business as WEBRIOT ("WEBRIOT," "we," "us," or "our"). Our business mailing address is 4380 67th Dr. #1037, Union Grove, WI 53182. This policy applies to webriot.com, its campaign landing pages, and business or employment inquiries submitted through those pages or related email channels.

WEBRIOT serves businesses in the United States. This website is intended for business users evaluating our platform engineering, DevOps, reliability, edge computing, and related consulting services.

Information you provide

When you contact WEBRIOT, you may provide your name, work email address, company, area of interest, and the contents of your message. We use this information to understand the request and respond to you.

If you contact us about employment, you may also provide a resume, professional profile, work history, qualifications, portfolio links, references, and other information you choose to include. We use that information to evaluate your interest and qualifications, communicate with you, and manage our hiring process.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, production credentials, regulated data, sensitive personal information, or confidential customer data through the website. We do not intentionally request or collect sensitive personal information through these forms.

Website, analytics, and attribution data

When you use the website, we and our service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages requested, request time, and security or diagnostic events. We use this information to operate, secure, measure, and improve the website.

Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers in a landing-page URL may be stored in first-party browser storage for up to 90 days. If you submit a form, that attribution data may be included with the inquiry so we can understand which campaign or page produced it. Browser settings can be used to clear or restrict cookies and local storage, although doing so may affect site functionality.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and manage potential engagements or employment applications, provide requested services, maintain customer, applicant, and business records, operate and secure our systems, troubleshoot problems, analyze website and campaign performance, improve our services, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

We may combine information from a website inquiry with later business communications so that the request can be managed consistently across our email, customer relationship management, and ticketing systems.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, security, bot protection, email delivery, Microsoft 365 communications, customer relationship management, ticketing, analytics, and related business operations. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and under their own contractual and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, counterparties involved in a business transaction, or government authorities when reasonably necessary to protect rights or systems, investigate misuse, comply with law, or respond to valid legal process.

Sale and advertising

WEBRIOT does not sell personal information. We do not use information submitted through our lead forms to intentionally collect sensitive personal information or to build consumer profiles for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We retain website inquiries, attribution data submitted with an inquiry, and related business records until they are no longer commercially necessary. We may retain specific records longer when needed for an active customer relationship, contract administration, security, dispute resolution, tax or accounting obligations, or compliance with law.

We retain employment inquiries and applicant materials until they are no longer necessary for hiring, business, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal purposes. We may retain information about a candidate to consider that person for future opportunities unless the candidate asks us not to, subject to applicable law.

Attribution data stored only in your browser is configured to expire after no more than 90 days. We may delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in light of its nature and how it is used. Those safeguards include encrypted transport, access controls, anti-abuse controls, and service providers selected to support secure operations. No website, transmission, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information associated with you. You may also unsubscribe from optional marketing communications using the instructions in the message or by contacting us.

Send privacy requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request, and legal exceptions may apply. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right provided by applicable law.

Children

This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. Contact [email protected] if you believe a child has submitted information so that we can review and delete it as appropriate.

We may update this policy as our website, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page and, when required, communicated through an additional notice.
