Website Terms
Effective July 1, 2026
Operator and acceptance
This website is operated by GREYWOLF IT LLC, doing business as WEBRIOT ("WEBRIOT," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
You must use the website only for lawful informational and business-evaluation purposes and in compliance with applicable law.
No consulting engagement
Website content, downloads, field notes, assessments, examples, and communications are general information. They do not create a consulting, employment, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship.
Submitting an inquiry does not obligate either party to proceed. A consulting engagement begins only under a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives of GREYWOLF IT LLC and the customer. If that agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the signed agreement controls the engagement.
Submissions and confidential information
You are responsible for the information you submit and represent that you are authorized to provide it. Do not send passwords, API keys, production credentials, regulated data, export-controlled information, sensitive personal information, or another party's confidential information through the website.
An unsolicited website submission is not confidential and does not create a duty to protect or use it unless we separately agree in writing. We may use submitted information to evaluate and respond to the request, operate our business, and protect our systems as described in the Privacy Policy.
Content and intellectual property
The website, WEBRIOT branding, design, text, graphics, original technical content, and other materials are owned by GREYWOLF IT LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
You may view, link to, and make limited internal copies of publicly available content for legitimate business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, remove ownership notices from, or create misleading derivative uses of website content without prior written permission or another legal right to do so.
Acceptable use
You may not disrupt or overload the website; bypass rate limits, access controls, bot protection, or other safeguards; probe or scan systems without written authorization; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person or organization; harvest contact information; use automated access in a manner that degrades service; or use the website to violate law or another party's rights.
We may restrict or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business, users, service providers, or other systems.
Technical content and availability
Technical content describes general engineering ideas and may not fit a particular architecture, threat model, regulatory environment, or production system. Software, platforms, pricing, risks, and operational practices change. You are responsible for validating information before using it in a system or business decision.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, complete, or error-free.
Third-party services and links
The website may identify or link to third-party products, services, documentation, or websites. References do not create an endorsement, warranty, partnership, or responsibility for those third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security controls.
Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." GREYWOLF IT LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RESULTS.
Nothing on the website is a warranty that a particular architecture, platform, control, or engineering approach will produce a specific operational or commercial result.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREYWOLF IT LLC AND ITS OWNERS, PERSONNEL, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if a party was advised that a loss was possible. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Wisconsin law and disputes
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the website must be brought in a state or federal court located in Wisconsin, and each party consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes and general terms
We may update these Website Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Website Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the complete terms governing use of this website.
